Fantastic place to stay right in the heart of the main square. We only had a smaller room but it was absolutely fantastic for two people. We also arrived during a massive snowstorm- apparently the worse in the area for several years. The staff at the hotel were constantly in touch via messaging to make sure we were ok and were waiting for us, when we arrived in the early hours and around 5 hours late. They had also ramped up the heating in the room to make sure it was welcoming for us! When I return to Krakow, this hotel will Be my number one choice. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely Venetian House Aparthotel right on Kraków’s Main Square. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from all the historic sites, restaurants, and shops, yet the apartment was quiet and peaceful. The space was spotless and well-equipped, with tasteful decor that made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was the perfect base for exploring the city, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kraków!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a long weekend. The location is perfect, right on the main square within the Krakow Old Town. Room was large, bed was very comfier than the one at home, had a balcony, TV (though with no English speaking entertainment, though to be expected), and a large bathroom. We will be back.

The hotel was lovely. It was situated perfectly, right on the square with a fantastic view! It was extremely clean and both my husband and I had the best 3 nights sleep ever! I'm already trying to buy the same big pillows, but haven't managed to be able to find them yet! 😒 All the staff were lovely too, very friendly and welcoming they even put a love balloon in our room because it was our 25th wedding anniversary. Can't wait to return in the future. Thank you.

Great location right on the market square. Tons of restaurants surrounding the accomodation, also a few Carrafore mini-markets close by. The apartment-style room came complete with a fully equipped kitchen with most all you need (including a microwave and dishwasher). The spacious room had been tastefully rebuilt recently with quality fixtures and furnishings. It could have passed for a chic Manhattan studio apartment. There is private entry into the apartment lobby with a large lift to all floors. I would certainly stay there again if visiting Krakow.

The location was fantastic the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We were right on the square in easy walking distance of everything. Our room had a view of the square which was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly we had a nice chat with Antony who recommended local attractions. Nothing was too much trouble they let us leave our luggage until it was time to be picked up. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, couldn't be more central. Receptionist on the ground floor, so no messing around with self-checkin. The kitchen was decently equipped (microwave, hob but no oven) The main room was just a bed, a table and two chairs. Absolutely fine, but nothing special. However you probably won't be spending a lot of time here anyway. Quiet. There were noisy amplified buskers on the street outside, but in my room at the back I didn't hear much. If you choose a room overlooking the main square, expect to hear noisy buskers!

We chose this property for its perfect location right in the heart of the Old Town, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm, friendly smile and even received a complimentary room upgrade—such a lovely surprise! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a super comfy bed. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the kitchen area was perfect for making a morning cup of tea, with a cooker and microwave available if needed (though we chose to enjoy the fantastic local restaurants every day). The full-size TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime was a great touch for relaxing in the evenings. The bathroom was fantastic, featuring a powerful shower, and the whole space was warm and cozy. The reception team was always available, offering helpful advice and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better—right on the main square of the Old Town, with amazing restaurants and shops just steps away. This was the perfect base for exploring Krakow, and I would absolutely return. 5 stars—highly recommend
