Fantastic place to stay right in the heart of the main square. We only had a smaller room but it was absolutely fantastic for two people. We also arrived during a massive snowstorm- apparently the worse in the area for several years. The staff at the hotel were constantly in touch via messaging to make sure we were ok and were waiting for us, when we arrived in the early hours and around 5 hours late. They had also ramped up the heating in the room to make sure it was welcoming for us! When I return to Krakow, this hotel will Be my number one choice. Highly recommended.

Great location right on the market square. Tons of restaurants surrounding the accomodation, also a few Carrafore mini-markets close by. The apartment-style room came complete with a fully equipped kitchen with most all you need (including a microwave and dishwasher). The spacious room had been tastefully rebuilt recently with quality fixtures and furnishings. It could have passed for a chic Manhattan studio apartment. There is private entry into the apartment lobby with a large lift to all floors. I would certainly stay there again if visiting Krakow.

The location was fantastic the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We were right on the square in easy walking distance of everything. Our room had a view of the square which was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly we had a nice chat with Antony who recommended local attractions. Nothing was too much trouble they let us leave our luggage until it was time to be picked up. We would definitely stay again.

We chose this property for its perfect location right in the heart of the Old Town, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm, friendly smile and even received a complimentary room upgrade—such a lovely surprise! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a super comfy bed. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the kitchen area was perfect for making a morning cup of tea, with a cooker and microwave available if needed (though we chose to enjoy the fantastic local restaurants every day). The full-size TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime was a great touch for relaxing in the evenings. The bathroom was fantastic, featuring a powerful shower, and the whole space was warm and cozy. The reception team was always available, offering helpful advice and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better—right on the main square of the Old Town, with amazing restaurants and shops just steps away. This was the perfect base for exploring Krakow, and I would absolutely return. 5 stars—highly recommend

This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. I booked 2 months in advance and was able to message the staff and get a speedy response with any questions I had prior to checking in. On arrival our room was upgraded. The apartment was huge and had a beautiful view of the main square. The staff were always so happy to help. They helped us with anything we asked and they even let us borrow European plug adaptors because we forgot to bring some with us. Genuinely one of the best stays away I have ever had. Thank you!

I absolutely loved everything about this accommodation. The 24-hour receptionist service was fantastic, and Miss Magda was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. She went above and beyond to fulfill our special requests with great accuracy. The lift provided was perfect for accommodating elderly guests. Our rooms/units was clean, spacious (other family members) and had a beautiful view (mine). The location was also ideal. Miss Magda truly represents the best qualities of this place and is a great role model for the service. I felt right at home here. I will definitely return (with God willing)!

Such a lovely comfortable bed with the biggest pillows. Spotlessly clean The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly. Nice size room, kitchen area and nice shower. Nice to have tea and coffee in the room and the free water in the fridge was a nice touch. Location is right in the main square and it is only a 20 minute walk from the station Perfect stay. I would stay here again. Only one downside, my room was opposite the elevator and it was active from 04:30 one morning. Not the hotels fault but I wouldnt want to stay in a room so close to the elevator again.

Everything was excellent about this place staff where first class the cleanliness was first class the room first class apart from some noise of doors slamming but tht wasn't very often so not complaining 😀 bed could have been more comfortable but we all love our own bed so again no complaints 😀 only little complaint was the TV had very little or at all English channels even though they said there was a few but I couldn't find them 🤦♂️ Ibut fir all the time spent in the room it wasn't an issue. Honestly if your booking a trip away this is the place u want I got it in the winter season but I'd say peek season it would b like gold dust so if you have the chance snap it up. Next time I'm away this will be my number 1 go to everything is right there its in the main square scenery and restaurants at your finger tips 11☆ out if 10 from me
